I was reviewing my requirement for priming sugar today and I was researching different types of available sugar when I came across this metabolic map for Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) . The fermentation process is just to the right of the center 3 below the TCA Cycle (see you did remember that from school biology class .... Didn't you?
